"I have been under Dr. Trabue’s care since August of 2005. Being who I am, I was very skeptical of the idea of getting chiropractic care. I had pre-conceived notions that the adjustments were too harsh. I did not fully understand the subtle adjustments Dr. Trabue makes and the impact they have on my body, mind, and spirit. "I met Dr. Trabue at a health fair last October, when she told me I could benefit from chiropractic. At that time I didn’t know that chiropractic was used for a vast array of conditions. After reading a book and some articles on chiropractic, I decided to try it for myself. The first reason I went to see Dr. Trabue was because I was experiencing a severe, periodic pain after a C-section I had in July 2005. The pain was in the middle of my back radiating to my chest and abdomen. After many tests, ultrasounds and a CAT scan, no previous  doctor was able to find a diagnosis or a particular reason for my pain. I took some painkillers, but the pain came back immediately.

Other reasons I wanted to try chiropractic were my migraine headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and sometimes lower back pain. (I need to mention that I had an adjustment during a severe migraine headache and the pain started to go away ten minutes after the adjustment. Dr. Trabue also helped me recover quickly from an arm injury). I’ve noticed overall improvement after the first month, but now after more then 6 months of chiropractic care I am pain free and I don’t suffer from migraine headaches anymore.
